If you are unsatisfied with your nail service, please notify us before leaving so we can address it on the spot.
Nail repairs must be requested within 3 days of the original service.
We do not offer refunds for broken or chipped nails due to customer misuse after service.
Clients presenting signs of nail conditions such as fungal infections or other abnormalities will be refused service. These cases require medical attention and can only be treated by a licensed healthcare provider. Thank you for understanding.
💇♀️ HAIR SERVICES
Please consult with your stylist in advance for major color or chemical services.
Color corrections may require multiple sessions and are priced accordingly.
If unsatisfied, please contact us within 48 hours for adjustments (no refunds).
💆♀️ MASSAGE & FACIALS
Please inform your therapist of any injuries, allergies, or medical conditions before the session.
Late arrivals will result in reduced treatment time.
All massage/facial services are non-refundable once completed.
👁 LASHES & BROWS
Please arrive with clean lashes or brows (no makeup or oils).
Lash refill appointments must be within 2–3 weeks; anything beyond may be charged as a full set.
No refunds on lash services, but we will fix any issues reported within 48 hours.
